This is LASHED BY CASS LLC policy, all rules are strictly enforced. When booking a service please be advised of all policy rules. I’m not very strict I just ask that you please show up to your appointment and be on time. Please be aware most of my appointments are booked back to back, if your 15 mins late your appointment will be cancelled. If your a no call no show ( or cancel within 48 hours) your card will be charged a $40 NO SHOW fee(the $40 fee does not apply for new clients that pay deposits of $25, if you are a new client and this occurs a additional $15 will be charged to the card on file to cover the $40 no show fee).. Please be advised I do not offer foreign fills. ONLY CASH IS ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APT! Please be advised I am a in-home lash tech for the time being. No extra guests. Please refrain from booking if you have very sensitive eyes or if your allergic to any adhesive, mink lashes etc. Please come with a clean face, no makeup etc. Deposits are non refundable if you have to cancel for any reason.
