CANCELLATION POLICY

This is LASHED BY CASS LLC policy, all rules are strictly enforced. When booking a service please be advised of all policy rules. I’m not very strict I just ask that you please show up to your appointment and be on time. Please be aware most of my appointments are booked back to back, if your 20+ mins late the appointment will be cancelled & deposit will be required to rebook. No call no show will result in a ban, communication is crucial. Please be advised I do not offer foreign fills. ONLY CASH IS ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APT! Please be advised I am a in-home lash tech for the time being. No extra guests. Please text 251-865-7351 before booking same day appointments. Please refrain from booking if you have very sensitive eyes or if your allergic to any adhesive, mink lashes etc. Please come with a clean face, no makeup etc. No Public restroom. Deposits are non refundable if you have to cancel for any reason. NO REFUNDS.
